VIBE is proud to announce the addition of three new members to their Board of Directors. They join our founder Daniele Horton who is also the Founder and President of Verdani Partners.
“It is an honor to serve alongside these three amazing colleagues who I believe will be instrumental in taking VIBE to the next level,” said Horton. “When I founded VIBE, I did so with the vision that we could make a measurable difference in the carbon footprint of the built environment to help combat climate change. The passion and deep expertise of this group will enable us to refine our strategy, grow our fundraising capacity, and built out the team necessary to fulfill our mission.”
Meet our new members:
Jennifer Berthelot-Jelovic
Jennifer Berthelot-Jelovic, WELL AP, WELL Faculty, LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP Homes, and LEED Faculty; is the President and CEO of A SustainAble Production, LLC (ASAP). She has extensive experience with the USGBC’s various LEED rating systems including LEED for Homes, New Construction, Core & Shell, Commercial Interiors, LEED for Schools, Retail, LEED Volume, Hospitality, Existing Buildings, and more. Jennifer is also an expert in the International WELL Building Institute’s (IWBI) WELL Building Standard. Jennifer was one of the first Provisional WELL APs, WELL APs, and WELL Faculty in the world. As a WELL Consultant, Jennifer has worked on various WELL Pilots and Projects for New & Existing Interiors, New & Existing Buildings, Core & Shell, Retail, Education, Multi-family, Communities, All Projects In, Industrial, Warehouse, Senior Care, Assisted Living, Portfolios, and more. She brings a deep knowledge of non-profit governance and fundraising to the Board in addition to her expertise in the sustainable buildings industry.
Avery Kintner
Avery Kintner is a Controller at Robbins Reed. He has over thirty years of financial expertise along with a passion for community service. After earning a Business degree with an Accounting Emphasis from Southern Methodist University he became a Certified Public Accountant. Avery’s special certifications include Green Building Professional and Sustainable Accounting Standards Board (SASB) FSA-Level 1. Avery’s ability to think strategically and willingness to collaborate make him a valuable addition to the board while his experience in risk management keeps VIBE prepared for the future.
Brad Molotsky
Brad Molotsky is a Partner with Duanne Morris LLP where he practices in the area of real estate law. He serves as a team lead for the Duane Morris Project Development/P3 industry group and as co-head of the firm’s Opportunity Zones practice group. Brad’s primary practice is focused in the areas of opportunity zone fund creation and fund deployment, financing, public private partnership, real estate joint ventures, commercial leasing, and acquisitions and divestitures. Brad is a cum laude graduate of Villanova University Law School, where he was Order of the Coif, and also earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Villanova University. He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Delaware. Brad has also earned his LEED AP O+M certification. He also has earned an AV Preeminent® peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell®. Brad’s deep expertise in legal matters in the non-profit and real estate industries position him as a tremendous asset to the Board as VIBE grows in size and impact.
